I was told the mind is a very dangerous neighbourhood to live in, and I agree. It can't possibly be healthy to not identify with reality and what is going on around you. There is much more I say to myself internally than I actually share, but hey maybe some things are better off kept to thineself right? I've come across a couple of pictures and quotes that better portray what I feel and think on the daily...
